A fabulous Thank you from my Bride, Melanie!

This morning I received a gorgeous bouquet of flowers from one of my fantastic Brides, Melanie! Her wedding is coming up on October 24th and I can't wait to post her photos up in her dress! It's one of my favorite dresses that I've worked on to date! Thank you so much Melanie for making my day start off wonderfully! You are so sweet and I'm really happy that I was able to get to know you and be involved in your special day!

Kimberly Henderson's First Fitting Photos

My First Fitting with the Fabulous Kimberly Henderson went very well! The first fitting is to establish a structured silhouette that contours perfectly to Kim. All pinning and adjustments are made as well as any changes in the shape of the neckline, sweep, seam placements, etc., that Kim and I both recommended to make her wedding dress look its best on the lovely bride-to-be. Kim's involvement in the fitting is important to me, so, throughout the fitting,we were able to work together to ensure everything is the way it should be, along with making the experience fun! Kim is a sweetheart and working with her is a delight in and of itself. I look forward to our next fitting in a few weeks!
The second fitting will have the design details (pleating, lace placements, etc...) on the dress to give Kim a better vision as to what the final dress will look like before I begin making the dress in the real fabric!
